Lariat necklace, Bigoudène medallion

Necklace composed of a gold-filled rectangular mesh chain, associated with a large embossed silver-plated medallion, representing the profile of a Bigouden woman in traditional costume, dating from the early 20th century, and accompanied by a pearl from an old necklace, a miraculous medal in mottled pink enamel and a quartz set on gold-plated.

The carabiner attaches directly to the links, allowing the size and length of the necklace to be adjusted.
